Mini-cylinders Series 16, 24 and 25 are manufactured according to the European Standard Specifications CETOP RP52-P and DIN/ISO 6432. The choice of materials and other design features have provided the basis for a complete range of versatile and reliable cylinders.
Tie-rod Cylinders, ISO 6431, ISO 15552 compliant Series 60
The Series 60 cylinders comply with the dimensions laid down in the ISO 15552 standards. A permanent magnet, mounted on the piston, enables information to be received regarding the piston position by means of proximity switches positioned along the cylinder tube.
Extruded Body Cylinders, ISO 6431, ISO 15552 compliant Series 61
The Series 61 cylinders comply with the dimensions laid down in the ISO 15552 standards. A permanent magnet, mounted on the piston, enables information to be received regarding the piston position by means of proximity switches positioned along the cylinder profile. These grooves can be covered with a slot cover profile.
Series 63 cylinders - Aluminium tube and profile
The new Series 63 pneumatic cylinders, which comply with the ISO 15552 standard, have been developed to guarantee high performance while also offering significant reductions in weight. The new adjustable pneumatic and mechanical cushioning system ensures Series 63 also reduces the noise caused by the impact of the piston on the end block.
Series 6PF Positioning Feedback Cylinders
Series 6PF pneumatic actuators are equipped with a potentiometric linear position transducer integrated inside the rod. This type of cylinder provides feedback of the rod position throughout the entire stroke of the cylinder by processing the change of internal resistance on the transducer as the cylinder moves. The pistons have been equipped with a permanent magnet which enables the use of external end-stroke sensors. The dynamic seals are specific for low friction.
Rod Lock Series RL
The Series RL rod locks are available in 9 different sizes (diameters: 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 to 125 mm). The compact dimensions allow units to be fitted on cylinders where space is limited. Rod lock units are often used to hold the load in position during Emergency Stop conditions or when the air supply may be accidently disconnected from the system. The holding forces are measured at 8 bar and apply in both directions.
Guides Series 45
Series 45 guides can be used with all cylinders DIN/ISO 6432 of ø12 – ø25 and DIN/ISO 6431 of ø32 – ø100. The Series 45 Guides have been developed in order to prevent piston rod rotation and can support possible radial loads.

Compact cylinder ISO 21287 series LINER
Compact cylinder to ISO 21287, LINER series, available in different versions to meet all possible requirements:
Dimensions and centre distances to ISO 21287.The heads have been eliminated for ease of installation, improved sturdiness and precision. The metal lining is designed to withstand heavy-duty work, tensile stress and impact. Technopolymer parts can withstand dynamic and pneumatic thrust. The lining virtually acts as a “bearing” to which most of user accessories are attached. The wide range of anchors provide numerous fixing points. Retractable magnetic limit switches can be mounted to identify the position in the cylinder grooves.
Compact Stopper cylinder
Compact stopper cylinders designed for stopping moving parts or chucks.
Fixing centre distances to ISO 15552 for Ø 32, Ø 50, Ø 80 and French standard NFE 49-004-1 and 2 (UNITOP). In the relevant cylinder slots, it is possible to mount retracting magnetic sensor.
Rodless Cylinders
Rodless cylinders come in five different bores - Ø 16, 25, 32, 40 and 63 mm – and the design incorporates numerous innovations.
Rodless cylinders series PU
Series PU rodless cylinders have an internal strip for longitudinal tightness made of polyurethane (PU) with a harmonic steel wire core. This solution gives excellent air tightness values. It is particularly suitable for high-speed and highly cyclical applications, even with long strokes. The external strip, which merely provides protection against of foreign bodies entry, is made of harmonic steel. The anodised aluminium cylinder liner has a T-slot on either side for housing the retracting sensors. Cylinder control solenoid valves can also be housed in these slots and secured by means of plates and screws (see page A1.48). There are plastic anti-wear guide pads on either side of the carriage to increase the load capacity. They engage V-slots in the cylinder liner. All the cylinders incorporate adjustable pneumatic cushioning. One version has hydraulic decelerators + adjustable limit switches. These can also be added at a later stage by purchasing the relevant kit.The balanced drive version avoids having to transmit transverse torques and forces to the carriage whenever the load is supported by guides outside the cylinder.
Rodless cylinders with magnetic sliding series MAGNETIC SLIDE
The magnetic-slide rodless cylinder operates pneumatically and is equipped with a piston and a slide with magnets. The slide runs freely along the liner, following the piston movements, thanks to the magnetic coupling force between the two. If an axial force exceeding the magnetic coupling force is applied to the slide, it disengages. It is therefore important to operate within the pressure, force and speed ranges shown in the catalogue. The load is fixed onto the slide using four threaded holes. The cylinder is secured at the ends by means of nuts, flanges and brackets. This solution is recommended when there is limited space for assembly, there must be no air leaks or impurities must be prevented from entering. Available with three bores Ø 16-20-25, in the basic or swinging versions, with adjustable pneumatic cushioning or non-adjustable cushioning. Designed for use with magnetic sensors

Guided compact cylinders
The guided compact cylinder series CMPG is a robust and practical solution with a built-in guide unit. The rod guiding bushes are mounted directly in the anodized aluminium alloy lining. Two guiding solutions are available: sintered bronze bushes coupled with ground carbon chromed steel rods, or ball recirculation bushes coupled with tempered, chromed and ground steel rods. There are grooves on one side of the body to house the retractable sensors. In the non-cushioned version, the stop is silenced by NBR front gaskets, and the cushioned version has adjustable pins to graduate braking. Threaded holes and calibrated holes are provided for fixing the dowel pins.

Cable-Trol® Rodless Cylinder & Cable Cylinder Lines
Cable-Trol® Rodless Cylinder & Cable Cylinder Lines offers a cost effective solution compared to other rodless cylinder types. Cable cylinders provide the same stroke as conventional air actuators with pneumatic pistons with about 50% SPACE SAVINGS. As the piston is pushed in one direction, the load is pulled in the opposite direction within the length of the cylinder. Effective piston area is greater than in conventional rod cylinders and there is equal force in both directions. Our rodless cylinder and cable cylinder lines work in a variety of applications such as remote location, rotary motion and around corners. Making Cable-Trol one of the most versatile space saving cylinders on the market!
Cable cylinders can be configured to a variety of positions and ports along with a wide selection of accessories including Automatic Tensioners, Flange Mounts, H-Trolley's, Reed Switches, Magnetic Pistons, Cable Wipers and More. We also manufacture various custom cylinders, call us with your application today!
TRAC-TROL® Guided Cylinder For Linear Motion Control
Trac-Trol ® is a guided cylinder with linear motion control and is ideal when an application requires a load bearing system to be self guided and self supported. As the piston is pushed in one direction, the load is pulled in the opposite direction within the length of the cylinder. Effective piston area is greater that conventional rod cylinders and there is equal force in both directions.
Guided linear actuators, also called guided cable cylinders, can be configured to a variety of positions and ports along with a wide selection of accessories including Automatic Tensioners, Reed Switches, Shock Absorbers, Stainless Steel Guide Rods, Rulon Bearings and More.
Trac-Trol® combines linear ball bearings in a trolley which runs on hardened and ground shafts.
