EBR-L Electric actuators Guide integrated rod type

ETS Electric actuators

The screw lead can also be selected from 2 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, and 40 mm. Familiar servo motors from seven different manufacturers can be installed. ETV Electric actuators

KBX Electric actuators

Electric actuator compatible with single and multi-axis servo motor drive. Combine the components freely for compatibility with any transport situation. Simply by combining standard products, we have constructed an orthogonal transport system suitable for any transport situation. It can be freely combined from single-axis to 4 axis. Supports transport from light load to high loads. Max. load capacity 250 kg. (Horizontal). Long stroke length compatible. Maximum stroke length 4450 mm (timing belt drive). Just connect the single-axis controller with the link cable to create a multi-axis controller. High tact, simultaneous control up to 4 axes and complicated sealing work are also possible.

ESM Electric shuttle mover

Transport system that enables single-axis 2D transport with one motor. Long stroke of up to 20 m. Multipoint positioning / Soft start & stop possible. This is a motorless specification.

2D operation is realized without using multi-axis or gantry robots. Contributes to space saving with effective use of space. Supports long strokes of up to 20 m, inconceivable for conventional electric actuators.

The servo motor drive enables freely adjustable setting of multipoint positioning speed. Smooth start / stop is realized.

NEMA SIZE 8 (20MM) HYBRID STEPPER MOTOR LINEAR ACTUATORS

The NEMA 8 is our smallest hybrid linear actuator. This compact unit can be integrated into various applications to provide precise linear positioning while occupying less than 1 in 2 of mounting footprint and providing up to 10 lbsF (44.5N) of continuous thrust. Ball screw versions are also available.

NEMA SIZE 11 (28MM) HYBRID STEPPER MOTOR LINEAR ACTUATORS

The NEMA 11 hybrid linear actuator occupies a moutning footprint of slighty above 1 in2 but provides over 3X the continuous thrust (33 lbsF/150N) of the NEMA 8. Ball screw versions are also available.

NEMA SIZE 14 (35MM) HYBRID STEPPER MOTOR LINEAR ACTUATORS

The NEMA 14 hybrid precision linear actuator provides up to 52 lbsF (230N) of continuous thrust. A Captive version is available in this frame size. Ball screw versions are also available.

A ball screw linear actuator is a linear actuator combined with a ball screw in a manner that results in reduced form factor, as compared to typical linear actuators. This reduced form factor is accomplished by mounting the linear actuator directly onto the motor shaft, eliminating the need for a coupling to accomplish this configuration.

    NIASA F/A Series linear actuators are electro-mechanica lcylinders in which a round stem moves inside a second tube,of either steel or aluminum. The lengthwise movement of the stem is achieved with the combination of an interior screw/nut which drags it, and an electrical motor that drives the screw/nut. The power transmission from the motor may be direct or by means ofdifferent gear solutions and toothed belts.

    Against solutions with exposed screws, protecting them with an external stem means that the equipment is very highly sealed and can operate in the most aggressive conditions, with the presence of dust or liquid of almost any type in the environment. The stem provides an extraordinary capacity for buckle load against axial compression loads.

    These types of actuators are the best solution in practically any application that requires precise and safe linear movement, whether it is for transfer or for elevation and regardless of the speed required. Their main advantages against other systems, such as pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders, are the following:

  • Greater movement and positioning precision.
  • Superior energy efficiency, as their parts offer high/very high performance, especially with the ball screws, low transmission ratios and high speeds

  • Stem advance speeds depending on the screw pitch and the transmission used.     The Series 6E cylinders are mechanical linear actuators with rod, in which the rotary movement, generated by a motor, is converted into a linear movement by means of a recirculating ball screw. Available in 4 sizes, 32, 40, 50 and 63, the Series 6E has dimensions based on the ISO 15552 standard and it is therefore possible to use the mounting accessories of the pneumatic cylinders.

    The cylinders are equipped with a magnet that makes it possible to use external magnetic proximity switches (Series CST and CSH), allowing operations like homing or extra-stroke readings to be performed. The Series 6E is equipped with specific interface kits, which make it possible to connect the motor, both in line and parallel. High precision and easy mounting make the Series 6E the ideal solution for different applications, especially for multi-position systems.

    Series 5E axes are mechanical linear actuators in which the rotary movement generated by a motor is converted into a linear movement by means of a toothed belt. The Series 5E, available in 3 sizes, 50, 65 and 80, is realized by means of a special self-supporting square profile, in which the components have been completely integrated, assuring compactness and light weight. The presence of a recirculating ball guide grants high stiffness and resistance to external loads.

    To protect the internal elements from potential contaminants from the external environment, the profile has been closed with a stainless steel plate. The axis is equipped with a magnet that makes it possible to use external proximity switches (Series CSH), allowing operations like homing or extra-stroke readings to be performed. Moreover, these actuators also have accessories in order to be used with inductive sensors. The Series 5E is equipped with specific interface kits making it possible to connect the motor on 4 sides. The use with high dynamics and the possibility to realize multi-axis systems, make the Series 5E particularly suitable for the packaging and assembly sectors.

    UNIMOTION

    The PNCE are electric cylinders with a precision ball screw drive. The electric cylinder is based on the standard ISO 15552. Its outer design and dimensions are very similar to pneumatic cylinders. High performance features such as:

  • high speeds,
  • good positioning accuracy and
  • high repeatability

  • are ensured through a precision ball screw with reduced backlash (preload on request) of the ball nut and non-rotating piston rod. For a long service life the re-lubrication can be done through a lubrication nipple.

    The design with its smooth surfaces enables easy cleaning of the cylinder. In combination with a lubricant class H1 it is also suitable for food & beverage applications. It can be additionaly equipped with switches and ISO standard accessories.
